Refund & Cancellation Policy

RemakeHomes aims to keep consultations, estimates, and project commitments clear and fair. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our interior design services.

Free consultation and free estimate requests can be cancelled anytime before a paid engagement begins. Because these services are complimentary, no payment refund applies.

If you cancel a paid design booking before design work meaningfully begins, RemakeHomes may offer a full or partial refund depending on preparation already completed.

Once custom design work, site assessment, or material procurement has started, refunds may be adjusted to reflect work already delivered.

For ongoing interior projects, milestone payments are typically non-refundable once the related work stage has started. Any exception will be reviewed case-by-case and confirmed in writing.
